We finish out January with a look at the "best convention in all of bridge"! The Negative Double is probably the most valuable tool that Responder has and it is important for us to have mastery of how to handle it and a good understanding of what types of hands we want to use it with.
Here we review the basics of the types of hands that may use a negative double and understand what strength Responder promises for making a negative double at a variety of different levels.
I hope this is eye-opening for those players that use negative doubles in only "traditional" auctions and a good review for others.
